CEM-1 PCB Uses
- Single-layer, low-cost PCBs:
- Consumer electronics (remote controls, toys).
- Simple LED circuits.
- Power supplies (low-current).
- Not suitable for high-frequency or high-heat environments.
CEM-3 PCB Uses
- Double-sided or simple multilayer PCBs:
- Automotive dashboards.
- Home appliances (microwaves, washing machines).
- Industrial control boards (non-critical).
- Better moisture resistance than CEM-1, but still inferior to FR4.
